Jeff Pilgrim is in his 4th season as the head coach of the Maddawgs. Coach Pilgrim is a proud graduate of Mississippi State University and a former Maddawgs rugby player. 

Randy Pannell has been coaching the Maddawgs for 12 years. Coach Pannell is also a proud graduate of Mississippi State University and played for one of the first rugby teams here at Mississippi State.
